4Real Creative were commissioned to produce
photorealistic visuals of a restaurant space for
an undisclosed client for the purpose of a
design/build development presentation directly
to the owners of the restaurant group.
This amazing project you see was designed by our undisclosed client (Architect) where
they sent a detailed brief with design development phases concept sketches and mood
board images to breaking down all the detailing, furniture, materials/finishes and lighting.
The Architect design team monitored the whole creative process from start to finish and as
a result, they got high quality photorealistic images for their one to one pitch presentation.
The owners of the restaurant were very impressed by the interior design ideas that were effectively portrayed in the final visuals and approved the project to get the go ahead needed to move onto phase B the development build.
4Real Creative found this an exciting opportunity and a great challenge due to the high-end look and feel but bringing the core values of the client’s needs by making sure we captured all the detailing and finishes appropriately to the meet the design programme and brief. This project was a successful collaboration of creative design by our client and interior 3D visualisation by 4Real Creative. All in all the success of this project was possible thanks to the professionalism and the understanding between designer and our very own CGI team.
