4Real Creative were appointed by Peldon Rose one of our longest serving clients to deliver a series of photorealistic visuals and VR as part of their design proposal for a pitch presentation to Tom Tom as part of their relocation to a new office.

Peldon Rose are one of London’s leading office design agencies who specialise in a range of workplace services from office design, office fit out, office refurbishment and workplace consultancy.

Peldon Rose were instructed by Tom Tom to deliver an office relocation programme which was about moving into a space that would give their people a more connected environment which could support their strong community culture.

4Real Creative produced a series of photorealistic visuals with the emphasis strongly keeping the office bright and open with pockets of collaboration areas, desking and meeting spaces. The Designers from Peldon Rose were trying to maximise the flow of natural light throughout the office by limiting the use of solid partitions. The Design theme being implemented into the space was a play on East London meets west London. This became balance between residential and industrial elements keeping a clean modern design with urban details introduced throughout.

The Visuals produced were a combining effort from the design team briefing 4Real Creative from site photos to space plans of technical drawings to detailed design mood boards and sketchbook ideas.

Along this quick turnaround programme 4Real creative prepared a series of initial drafts for the designers to comment on each time reflecting the changes that were needed to be implemented to bring the scheme proposal to life. Various elements from lighting colours/finishes to bespoke joinery pieces were all addressed to fundamentally get the cost values signed off with the client to hit the intended budget.

Once all design/costs values were signed off 4Real Creative produced the final visuals which then aided Peldon Rose with their pitch presentation to Tom Tom. This allowed the client to know exactly what their new office fit out was going to look like and hopefully showcase they have hit their client demands bringing something unique to reflect Tom Tom’s new location.

Our client later confirmed the visuals went down extremely well and Tom Tom loved everything about the design. Our client went on to win this project from pitch and as you can see, we have the latest site photos for the completed refurbishment.

“We found this a technically challenging project and with the help of 4Real Creative who we found to be very professional turned this project around so quickly in such a short turnaround helping us win this project from the initial pitch presentation…”
